Richmond Corporate Limited ("RCL") is a category one listing member of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange ("CISX"). The directors and staff of RCL have acted in the listing of a sizeable number of Investment Funds, Companies and Debt Securities.

As listing Sponsor, RCL will:

• Work with the Client’s advisors to ensure the Issuer and listing particulars, in the form of a prospectus, offering document or similar, comply with the requirements of the Listing Rules of the CISX;
• Submit drafts of the listing particulars, and all other required application documents, to the CISX;
• Liaise with the CISX to complete the application process and submit the formal application;
• Attend to the submission of all required announcements to the CISX; and
• Ensure the Issuer complies with the continuing obligations as set out in the Listing Rules if the CISX.
